Blueberry Pumpkin Seed Brown Rice Cereal

Serves 1


¼ rice cereal

1 ¼ cup water

¼ cup rice milk

½ cup blueberries

¼ cup soaked pumpkin seeds or almonds

Pinch of ginger powder

Pinch of cinnamon 



Bring the water to a boil a small pot. Add the salt and rice cereal, mixing well. Reduce the heat and simmer until cereal becomes thicker, stirring frequently. When at desired thickness, remove from heat and place in a bowl. Stir in blueberries, rice milk, nuts, spices and mix. Eat warm.
