Kale Chips

Ingredients: 

 a bunch of kale 

 2 TBSP olive oil*

 1 teaspoon of salt

 2-3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced (optional)**

 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the large stem from the kale ad tear the leaves into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale. Spread the kale leaves on the baking sheet and drizzle the kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic (if using). 

 3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. 

* When I made these I did not measure out the olive oil

** I did not use garlic cloves because I was too lazy to chop it up. Instead I used garlic powder. 

*** These can be made any way you like, with any topping you like.
