Kale Chips

Ingredients:

A bunch of kale

2 TBSP olive oil*

1 teaspoon of salt

2-3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced (optional)**

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the large stem from the kale and tear the leaves into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale. Spread the kale leaves on the baking sheet and drizzle the kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic (if using).

3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.

* When I make these I do not measure out the olive oil.

** I use garlic powder instead of garlic cloves to save time.

*** These can be made any way you like, with any topping you like.
